We do this by facilitating our signature, Person-Centered Cultural Humility approach to planning and teaching in-depth, proven practices.  Support employees can use these skills right away to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and help to build better communities and better lives.  One significant result is the person's quality of life dramatically improves and direct staff are not spending their time completing incident and behavioral reports.
